    Damaged upon arrival.

    The tip looked like it had been used as a chisel and had a dent on the tip. Not sure it this happened at Felo or was used previously. Anyways I ended up with it and had to send a picture to prove it was damaged before I was issued a replacement. Now the screwdriver itself is great. It has a nicely machined tip and a sweet cushioned portion for the fingers. Its pretty durable too for a precision screwdriver as my first one lasted over a year with moderate use until it dropped out of my safety vest to be lost forever at a solar site. So to recap, Felo quality good, KC tool quality assurance/customer service not so good.
