    I've had a 1/4" Wera metric socket set that came with a Zyklop for a few years and have been slowly replacing individual sockets with nicer ones when they get lost. 7mm is kind of a strange size but I keep having to work on chinese electrical motors with 7mm nuts on the input terminals. This socket has curved flats and recessed corners like you would expect from a modern socket. It is slightly taller than a Wera 8mm socket though , so it might be slightly deeper than average. Fit and finish is nice and the knurling is better in the middle than Wera or Stahlwille sockets which have it on the bottom. The socket isn't marked "made in Germany" at all and I didn't see it on the packaging.
