Heyco Slotted Screwdriver with Acetate Handle, 3.0 x 75mm

I purchased a Heyco 4560000 Screwdriver Set. Included in that set was this 4350075 3.0mm x 75mm Slotted Screwdriver. I love acetate handled screwdrivers for their chemical and impact resistance. They clean up easily and the green acetate looks cool too. I do maintenance work in a factory where oils and coolants are everywhere. The Heyco Screwdrivers acetate handles have a smooth finish but that along with the large radiused corners of the square handle can cause the handle to spin in your hand when they are oily or greasy. There is also a very minor amount of plastic flashing on the mold seam which runs down one corner across the back and up the opposite corner. I wish Heyco had more sizes and length variations of these acetate screwdrivers. The Heyco Screwdriver Shafts are not full polish chrome as in some pictures, but satin chrome. Also, the shafts of the Heyco Slotted Screwdrivers are not all clocked to the square handle. I would like flat side of tip to be aligned to flat of square handle some are some are not. The handles on the smaller Heyco acetate screwdrivers like the 4350075 are just hard to get a comfortable grip on. Their odd shape and small size leave you wanting on for grip. The quality of the materials is just fine. This Heyco 4350075 did have some issues with the shaft though. There was a long burr on the shaft that was chromed over and there was also chrome flaking off in another spot. These shaft issues were only on the 4350075. I emailed KC Tool and they had me send it back. They replaced it with another new one from stock and it also had the same issues. So, I emailed them again and they just sent me another and it had the same issues also. At that point I just gave up.
