The Wera Tool-Check
The Tool-Check tool kit is a time-honored classic that follows the ethos of fitting the most number of fastener driving tools in the least amount of space possible without sacrificing quality or ease of use. Wera has expanded the design to encompass a wider range of specific activities. Based around the fine-tooth ¼” hex bit ratchet and a Rapidaptor quick-release bit holder, the torsion bits are equally ideal for hand or machine use. (Bicycle sets include some non-torsion bits.)

Standard Variations
Tool-Check PLUS 1 (39 Pieces)
The PLUS 1 set adds to the Tool-Check 1 with a small ¼” hex driver handle and includes Pozidriv in addition to Phillips, Torx, Security Torx, Slotted, and Inside Hex
Tool-Check PLUS 2 (39 Pieces)
The PLUS 2 set also includes the small ¼” hex driver handle, but substitutes Square (Robertson) for the Pozidriv of the PLUS 1.
Tool-Check PLUS Imperial 1 (39 Pieces)
The PLUS Imperial 1 has the same form factor as the PLUS 2, but substitutes SAE inside hex bits and sockets for the metric versions.
Tool-Check 1 (38 Pieces)
This compact classic includes a ratchet, a Rapidaptor and selection of the most-commonly encountered metric bit and socket types.
Tool-Check Combi 1 (40 Pieces)
The Combi 1 set includes the PLUS 1 Tool-Check, but adds the EDC classic Knipex 125 mm Cobra water pump pliers and a sturdy nylon belt pouch.
Modular Variations / Components
With the modular system, Wera has taken the Tool-Check concept and made it even more flexible. Individual Tool-Check modules can be joined with either a fixed adaptor or a hinged adaptor, allowing one to choose what tools might be needed for each particular job or activity.
Tool-Check Modular 1 (21 Pieces)
Think of this as the Tool-Check distilled into its bare essence: a bit driving handle, the bit ratchet reimagined with a hex base that uses the bit driver as a handle, and a small collection of Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx, Slotted and Hex bits.
Tool-Check Modular Imperial 1 (21 Pieces)
The PLUS 2 set also includes the small ¼” hex driver handle, but substitutes Square (Robertson) for the Pozidriv of the PLUS 1.
Tool-Check Modular Micro 1 (21 Pieces)
The classic Wera precision handle is the centerpiece here along with 20 assorted 4 mm bits that will handle the tiniest of jobs – whether on the jobsite on your kitchen table.

A handy, compact set of chrome-finished, Hex-Plus L-keys from 1.5 – 6 mm.
9550 Hinge
Don’t need all the tools in the Modular Sets? Or just want to build up your own set as you go? The Hinge joins two modular pieces together and allows them to be folded to any angle – even allowing two pieces to be folded flat against each other for the ultimate in compact storage.
9549 Fixed Adaptor
Join two pieces with this slim fixed connector. It’s especially useful for joining the compact L-key set to one of the Tool-Check Modular pieces.

Specialty Sets
Tool-Check Automotive 1 (38 Pieces)
The Automotive 1 has the same compact design as the Tool-Check 1, but includes security Pentalobe (5-pointed star) as well as XZN (triple-square 12-point) bits.
Bicycle Set 3 (41 Pieces)
The Bicycle Set 3 takes the Tool-Check PLUS 1, but has a more cycling-specific bit selection including a full range of Torx and Metric Hex sizes. In addition, a small bit check case can be filled with the bit ratchet and a small selection of bits specific to your bike. Everything fits into the accompanying sturdy nylon bag which also includes a pair of Wera tire levers. Perfect for trailside or tossing into your car for last-minute adjustments.
Bicycle Set 3 A (40 Pieces)
The Bicycle Set 3 A is a wonder of organization, building on a comprehensive selection of bits, but adding a small magnetic extension for even greater accessibility. Also included are tire levers, an ingenious compact chain tool, and a lightweight, jersey-sized carrying case with slots for credit cards, cash and CO2 cartridges and a mesh pouch for chain links, spare valve stems, and patches.
Tool-Check Modular Motorcycle 1, 21 Pieces
Another variation on the Tool-Check 1, but a unique selection of tip sizes optimized for motorcycles. This set also features two magnetic bitholders (2"/50mm and 4"/100mm). A nylon case protects the set and also has a magnetic parts holder sewn into the lining.
Tool-Check PLUS Motorcycle 1, 40 Pieces
Another variation on the Modular 1, this set includes an optimized tip size selection for motorcycles. The nylon pouch includes a sewn-in magnetic parts holder and extra pockets for spare parts.
