NWS System Clip with Lanyard, 17.75"

Since i have some NWS electronics pliers with tether features, I bought a couple of these. Nice to be able to feel secure on a ladder, and easily switch pliers as needed. So far they have been able to easily go on and off the pliers, but the plastic fitting is unobtrusive enough to leave on if you want to, and just unclip the metal ring when you don't need the tether. I bought an extra one in case i want the tethered NWS wire stripper with tether fitting in the future. For some reason, far cheaper than the Knipex tether version.

Fits well on my two NWS 'radio pliers' one with angled tips. I'm not an industrial worker on a high gantry, but it's nice when you are up on a ladder to be able to let a tool dangle to free both hands or use a different tool. I liked the first tether well enough that I bought a second one. the plastic tool attachment fitting can be taken on and off, at least in my experience. Not sure how many times I could do that, though without it affecting the fit.

This simple strap will make it much easier to hold onto pliers when working with multiple tools or when my hands are busy with other thingcs. I especially like the secure fit of the clip that pulls onto the pliers as they hang down on the strap. Also, I like the stitching of the different pliers into the fabric of the strap--a nice touch.
