Knipex Pliers Wrench XS

This is a great EDC carry. The wrench feels good in your hand, it has texture to grip on and is smooth elsewhere. You're able to quickly adjust and the grip is mighty! One of my favorite KNIPEX buys.

Spectacularly convenient to have in your pocket!

Great EDC carry not heavy and can handle what ever you need if for easily can carry in jeans pocket and actually forget it is there

Very well made and very versatile. I use it all the time, it replaces many wrenches and most of all it is very compact.

I've been a fan of Knipex pliers since 2008. I am glad they keep releasing new products. I wish I had more pockets because they have so many edc worthy pliers but I only want to carry one at a time. Currently I'm alternating between the xs cobra and xs pliers wrench

Sweet little tool for tight places. Very Handy. However, I have difficulty with the adjustment button working well enough. Still a good tool.

Knipex never fails in the quality department. They nailed these! Love the quick adjust feature.

it is a handy little tool, fits in my backpack for when i dont want to bring my whole tool box and gets most jobs done that i need. takes the place of needle nose, adjustable wrench, pliers andthe fact that it is 100 % guaranteed for life makes it one of my favorite tools

It is a well made tool as one would expect from Knipex. I love it, but it is smaller than I expected.

These things are a complete game changer! Jaws stay parallel, and are narrow enough to use in extremely small spaces. As short as they are, they're ridiculously maneuverable to boot!

Good quality and price

This pliers/wrench combo is perfect for working tight spaces, such as under sinks, etc. More than enough gripping power and the smooth jaws can be used directly on Chrome-plated plumbing.

Need small tool to reach deep inside R/C model boats for metric and imperial nuts and bolts. Compact easy to use and designed not to pinch fingers easily like some cheaper pliers. My favorite go to tool.

Oh my, this XS wrench is small. The craftsman at this size is amazing. The entire wrench is smooth with no sharp edges or burrs. Perfect size for EDC carry or toss in a glovebox.

This is more a review of KC Tool's customer service. I bought the wrench when it first came out and it's great, however I dropped it and the ball bearing inside the button got lost and the spring broke. I contacted Knipex and they were no help, KC Tool replaced it.

The wrench itself is handy and awesome.

Was skeptical these small pliers would

with smooth jaws for those parts you'd rather
not chew up.
If smooth jaw is not a need, the Cobra XS is
a fine alternate at much less cost.

Disappointed that the jaws are not parallel for a pricey plier. The front tip touches leaving a .75mm gap at the back of the jaws. I have greater expectation of precision from a premium priced tool from Knipex

This is the perfect pocket companion to my Swiss Army Knife. Small, light, ingenious and endlessly useful. I appreciate it's fine quality and thoughtful design.

Very high quality tool, well packaged

I have been a proponent of the Knipex Pliers wrench and have most of the sizes in the lineup. I have wanted the XS version since it was announced to go along with the Knipex Cobra XS released a year or so ago. This tool does not disappoint. All of the same features and functionality as its bigger siblings in a very compact size suitable for every day carry. The size is misleading as this is a serious tool meant for serious work. I am not disappointed in the purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone needing functionality of an adjustable wrench in a small size.

Fantastically engineered German instrument. Currently using this plier to tighten the guide rod nut on my KME sharpening system for my pocket knives.

I waited months for these little guys to get back in stock and finally got my pair just recently and I love them just as much as the cobra xs. I carry both daily and these mini pliers wrench's are not a let down. They open a lot more than you'd expect and are a great thing to keep on hand for all sorts of situations! Very high quality as expected from Knipex!

When it comes to knipex its obvious they're top teir the XS pliers are small but mighty I bought them to go along with my small Knipex Cobra pliers that I EDC only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the jaws were a little wider and you can get the 5" pliers for less $ but non the less great tool that I know I'll get years of use

They're so well made they could even work as tweezers haha. Solid made, it's better than a regular adjustable wrench by far in my opinion. Very, very recommended.

The best for tight spaces I keep them in my pocket and they keep me from having to run to the tool box also still great for straightening out metal and clamping down on something without marring up the surface

I thought the lack of a push button for adjustments might be an issue, however, this tool is extremely easy to adjust and I actually prefer it over the larger Knipex pliers wrench adjustment mechanism (in addition to the 4" size I also have the 5" and the 7" pliers wrench). This one is the favorite of the bunch. If you have extra big paws it might not be the best tool for you........ but short of that, this tiny pliers wrench is phenomenal!

The tool came in last week and it is pretty neat. I've already used it a handful of times and it does take a little getting used to compared to the full sized pliers wrenches. For EDC, I've found the 87 00 100 to be more versatile, but that's because of the types of things I come across in my normal day to day. With all that being said, the only disappointing thing about the tool is that it had rust on it straight out of the box. It doesn't affect the usefulness of the tool whatsoever, but it is frustrating considering it was a $60 tool.

The Pliers Wrench line of products is an essential part of my toolbox lineup. This is just the latest iteration in the series. It is a must have.
