Wera 020110 Joker 6004 Self-setting Wrench Set 1, 4 Pieces

I finally pulled the trigger and ordered Wera's Joker Self-setting Wrenches and I am super impressed!! They are such a joy to use and I could not fathom picking up another adjustable wrench again! They are very user friendly and super intuitive to use. They feel great in your hand and just work beautifully! I only wish I did not wait so long to get them!

The perfection of the crescent wrench idea, better in every way than the original design. The real competition is the Knipex Pliers Wrench, and the Wera is quicker to adjust and easier to use - Knipex wins in the wider adjustment in each individual wrench, but if carrying this bundle around isn't a problem, then Wera pulls ahead. It's probably best to own both, but on those projects using a variety of hardware of nearly the same size (so that you can stick to one Wera wrench), the Wera is much quicker and easier to use.

I've come across many wrenches over the years that claim to be ratcheting. Most are either a gimmick or have to be held at a certain angle to even consider working. Not this Wera set. They deliver in a big way! Just use them like a regular ratchet. And, they have two different hold positions, so very little movement will get the job done. Can't recommend these enough!

In my experience I've never been a big fan of adjustable wrenches. You usually end up marring the bolts. They slip around, never stay tight…. Not the case with these. Once you get the hang of it they are one of the most versatile tools one can have. I highly recommend

Expensive, but absolutely worth it. Soooo much better than a standard adjustable wrench

You ever have somebody tell you a bolt is 3/8 just to find out it is 5/16? Or even worse 10mm? Well now you don't have to come down out of your lift and rummage through your box for the proper wrench or socket. I like how the smaller wrenches have overlapping sizes that are used frequently. I.e. two wrenches in this set can be used for 1/2" which are the size of alot of strut strap bolts and nuts.

I found a set that works way better than my go to adjustable crescent wrenches with lots of torque and handles that are comfortable to hands. Use is intuitive without having to look at instructions. No longer wasting time setting and resetting adjustible wrenches to just the right size.

After using these a few times no way I could go back to the old adjustable style crescent wrench. No more bloody fingers spinning the sharp knobs. Really enjoying. Buy yourself a set you won't regret!

Great wrenches for tight locations and not alot of swing room. Super easy to use and nice on the hands when really nerfing.

Wera does it again with this set! They are the best when it comes to innovative quality tools that are truly functional and not just a gimmick.

These Wera wrenches are an amazingly practical futuristic throwback. Reminds me of late 19th century cool wrenches, but totally futuristic and tech.

While lots of people wince at the price, for my use, they are actually less expensive than functionally equivalent wrench sets in my shop:

- My shop is bilingual, the full range of 6 Wera Self-setting wrenches cover both Metric/SAE (and Imperial, ha!)
- My shop is space constrained, all 6 Wera Self-setting wrenches are far smaller than having two full Metric/SAE spanner sets to cover equivalent sizes.
- All 6 Wera Self-setting wrenches cost less than two full Metric/SAE spanner sets to cover the same range.

Then, there's the "but does it work" part? They work amazingly. The design is solid, and only took a few minutes of use to get the hang of it. The pressure exerted on the bolt heads definitely gives a better grip to leave less damage when really tightening bolts. These have become my immediate go-to for the R8 drawbar bolt on my mill, specifically because they leave less marring than the proper sized spanner, and the drawbar will last longer.

Not just a good solid tool, but a really amazing improvement!

These are great. I don't do a lot of oily mechanics work, so I'd much rather take these 4 wrenches instead of a dozen more robust wrenches.

Got this set to have in my Jeep instead of carrying a full set of standard and metric wrenches. Much easier to choose one of these 4 in the pouch than the 20 or so wrenches laying in my tool bag.

Useful where it is so. And not as good as a box wrench , but do you carry this for that reason? Its Got what you need and is fun.

Great quality self-adjusting wrench set to have at your disposal. Wera make very innovative tools. I am awaiting to purchase the XXL wrench to complete the set. Kudos to KC Tool, I highly recommend them!
