Nice shape to the handle and good quality steel

I imagined this would be a slender piece of metal on a handle. I find that it feels much more robust than I thought it would. The point is reasonably sharp, and the connection between the shaft and the handle is very secure. I am happy I got this.

Tough chrome finish on the shaft and I love this handle shape. It is a bit retro like the acetate type handles, but very durable and easy to keep clean.

Thing feels great in hand

I needed an awl like this and never got a chance to make one. The price was right and I like the red handle (the barcode sands right off. Good for aligning holes in thin stock and general marking on wood.

A great tool value!

I got this to use as an alignment tool to jam into screw holes and wiggle it around to make everything line up right. It works perfectly for that and is a better solution than the cheap Philips screwdriver I previously used for this task. I've also used the hole in the handle as a lever for hex L keys to get a little more torque. I tend to pull this thing out of my bag more than I thought I would for things it wasn't designed for.

These are well made tools. The awl comes in handy for many chores.

Nice German quality. Matte finish on 6 mm shaft, with intentional longitudinal etching on half of the shaft to the point, likely for fingertip gripping or other purchase. I generally have loved Felo tools.
