Pica Fine Dry Longlife Mechanical Pencil

Very handy dispenser when switching from a variety of leads and an excellent solution for marking most material holding up far better then I'd thought on rough lumber primarily but of course in conjunction with the mechanical pencil that is growing to be my favorite precision tool with each use.

After breaking several cheap mechanicals in a week, I rage bought this pencil. I'm am glad to report that this pencil is absolute unit. The feel is great; the mechanics work great, and the feel is amazing. The lead doesn't crack under pressure, and the dust cap is perfect for transport in my pocket. If this ever fails, and I doubt it will, I'll buy another no problem.

I purchased a couple of the Picamechanical pencils during the Pica sale and wanted replacement lead for them. These seem to be of great quality and should last me many years.

I've used Pica products for years now but hadn't seen the mechanical pencils yet, that is until I got the email from KC Tool. The Pica sale nudged me to grab several Pica items, with the mechanical pencil at the top of the need list.

I really could have used this last summer when I built my carport. I used the original Pica automatic carpenter's pencil with the thick lead and one of my .5mm mechanical pencils but it sure would have been fantastic to have this one instead. I could have used it alone.

I love how the pencil has three sides to grip and the fact it slides into a holder just like the other Pica markers and pencils do. It's ridiculously hard to try and clip a "normal" pencil/marker to a pocket while working on a project.

Has great feel in your hand and the storage and clip hold tight no fear of falling out
