Stabila Type 81S Die Cast Torpedo Level, 10"

Stabila makes excellent levels, all of the ones in my collection are dead on accurate. This little torpedo level is a good addition to my tool belt kit.

A lovely piece of equipment.

This is an exceptionally nice product. The shape is handy and easy to grip, but not too clunky in a pouch. Vials are big and bright and the whole bottom is beautifully machined, with just the right chamfer for marking. Does any of this translate to better accuracy for a level this small? Probably not, but it's a pleasure to use, and I highly doubt I'll ever need to replace it. I like that Stabila makes this with and without the magnet, I don't really ever work on steel buildings for for me the magnet just accumulates fasteners and tool pouch chunder.

awesome product... clearand readable... most precise level on the market

Quality, fit and finish is perfect.

Extremely well made and accurate, good for pocket or pouch, its my new and almost only used level now.

Great level. Best levels you can buy on the market hands down

A solid level for the price. It may be more expensive than other products on the market, but the metal frame, the legendary legacy of the brand, and the legibility of the dials make this a no-brainer to add to everyone's toolbox.

I've used this for framing, plumbing, siding, etc., and have found it to be quite handy without being bulky. I love that it's a little heavier than the cheap torpedoes, and its beauty makes it that much more of a joy to use. I babied it at first, but eventually it found its way everywhere from crawlspace to roof. I dropped it while working on a ladder recently and saw what looked like white plastic fly up in pieces; to my relief, it was only some spackle the level had dislodged from the ladder.

This is a great little torpedo level. It's build like a tank and offers the same accuracy at a lower price point than some other stabila offerings.

I have used the magnetic version of this level for years, still accurate but things were always sticking to the strong magnets. I wanted one that didn't have magnets. This goes in my everyday tool bag, always with me.

Super crisp, super clean. I honestly bought this just because I wanted a German level to go with all of my other German tools. I've been using. Plastic Johnson torpedo level for plumbing. I find that plastic levels tend to get stained by mud, no matter how much I clean them. This stabila is metal and cleans off very nicely.

I really like this level; it's well made and seems durable.
