Stahlwille 11095/20 Precision Feeler Gauge, Metric, 0.05 - 1.00 mm

I ordered this with the understanding it was the made in Germany version like in the picture (ordered from Amazon). This company praises itself as selling quality Made in Germany tools. I was very surprised that the feeler gage I received was a cheap one with laser printed sizes in both inch and mm, instead of the better know one with stamped sizes on each blade with only mm sizes on it and clearly marked "made in Germany" on the case. Way too much information I don't need on the blades to confuse you and not able to read it when its dirty with oil. We only use mm in our industry. I hope Stahlwille still makes the Germany version to sell here in the US!

What attracted me to this was more the design than the quality; the tapered shape of the individual leaves allows the gauge to be utilized in narrower areas than the set it replaces. Quality is superb, on top of the great design.
