Stahlwille 12378 File brush

Never used another file brush to compare it with. The bristles are nice and stiff, but maybe too thick for some of the finer files.

firm wire bristles, smooth sanded handle.

Nice size, the only feature I would like to have seen is a hole on the handle for hanging.

Works great, is basically the same as my old Nicholson file card. I brushed some polyurethane over mine and it should last forever

Bristles seem very durable, it's nice and large and works for all the files I have. And, the price is good.

A couple of dollars cheaper than the Gedore version, which I also bought. I gave this to my father as gift. He 's into woodworking so I'm sure he'll sand this down and add some stain or finish. Works well for cleaning rasps and even fine files.

I like to take care of my tools and this is a tool that helps me do that. It works good on all my files, simple and useful. Do you have files, if so get one of these to keep them in good working order, you will be happy you did.
