Very weak ratchet head. I had to replace the head after medium use tightening down a T20 Torx fastener on a machine. I felt the head slip and then just spin freely. The pawl inside did not make any engagement and the selector/rotation spun both ways. The head is not serviceable. You must replace it with a repair and replacement head kit ($21). I would only use this ratchet for light duty use or home use. My ratchet was part of the 8100 SA2 kit, so that was an expensive mistake. I've since replaced the head.
This product works great. It's swivel head allows for flexible usage and it is built with performance in mind. I haven't used it long so I don't know about ita durability yet but based on what I can see of their products I imagine it will not be a problem.

I wanted to love this, but when compared to some other ratchet including the Metal Zyklop Wera makes, the ratcheting mechanism is a little less precise than I'd like. It really gives you kind of a mushy click rather than the firm sharp click you're become accustomed to in a german tool. Compared to the feel of the metal zyklop and the jokers this leaves something to be desired. The swivel head is however nice for harder to reach objects or just flipping to the axial setting for speed.
By far, the best ratchet that I have ever used. Been working with tools for over 45 years and there is none better on the market
The overall size and prefomance was exactly what I was looking for. Speeds up every job with the rotating head and quick engagement.
Great feeling 1/4" drive ratchet. As good or better than my 3/8" drive Snap On flex head and I love my Snap On. Pivot head ratchets do away with having to have a whole set of separate nut drivers. This one little tool might be the start of a whole WERA tool set. My wallet says no but I want more Wera tools.
I also have the Zyklop 3/8 and 1/2 size. They are my go to ratchets. I have many other top brands and they work okay but they all the stay safely tucked into my took box when the real work starts.
