Wera 003648 Repair kit for Zyklop ratchet head, 1/4"

I found several ratchets in a broken condition because they had the devil beat out of them. I have purchased a few of these to repair the ratchets and get them back in to service, saving a lot of money and headache.

This was very easy to swap out. Now feels better than it did when I purchased the Zyklop screwdriver. I was able to adjust the tension, so it's tighter, which gives it a studier feel. It is also great to be able to extend the life of a tool that I love.

I bought this incase head strips in my 1/4 inch ratchet. It has not happened, but at price paid I could not afford not to have backup!

I busted my other ratchet head and couldn't be any happier to tell that I replaced it. Kit works great. Ratchet is back to new.

The replacement parts fit perfectly and my favorite ratchet is back in my bag.

Followed instructions and installed new rachet head. It was a little tough to do since I had to force it in. But once I got it it has worked like new again

This ratchet repair kit is sturdy, easy to install and high quality. The instructions are clear. Don't take shortcuts when you replace a ratchet head. In this case, you should heat the retaining screws as instructed (instead of manhandling them off). -- Buy a spare repair kit and you'll never be caught off guard when your ratchet head (inevitably) starts to jump.
