Wera 004048 Zyklop Metal Ratchet 3/8" Drive with Switch Lever Metric Set

My first Wera kit. Unbelievable difference in overall feel with the additional bonus of providing a level of confidence that the socket is properly engaged before applying pressure. Looks like I will be slowly upgrading to a Wera centric workshop. Thank you. Bruce

Extremely good quality and design, the case is incredible my friends were impressed. Hope I can buy the whole 2go pack.

I bought this set to complete my collection, as I already owned the 1/4" and 1/2" drive versions. And it has all the same attributes - a nice fine tooth ratchet that actually feels good in your hands and the wonderful Wera 6-point sockets with the nice knurled ends for easier hand spinning the sockets. The bits are all quality, but weren't really the selling point for me.

My only ambivalence is that this comes with the new fabric case with the nifty quarter-turn locking system for the sockets, but in turn gives up the embroidered socket size from the older sets which I quite liked.

Wera quality, great price. Missing one crucial thing, a 14mm socket! A little disappointed this doesn't include one. Ratchet has great feel. Included items are really good quality right down to the font used. Another small issue with the ratchet is that many photos show these ratchets being serialized near the anvil. Mine did not come serialized.

Awesome little tool set, more compact than I expected. Great for portability. Great variety of tools, one extension is wobble option.

amazing quality and even better when you use it.the ergonomics on the ratchet are one of a kind

This is a very good quality and very compact set for the truck or jeep. I like the slim but longer than normal ratchet handle. Add a universal joint and a plug socket and this is a great set.

Love this set! Knurled edge of the sockets is great for hand-turning. Only problem is no 14mm for us Japanese bike owners. Wobble extension is a little fiddly. You won't be disappointed.

Beautifully crafted and an absolute pleasure to use. Being a Fitter for over 30yrs I have sampled many brands and am a definite Wera convert. Only issue is why the 14mm socket is not in the set. Unusual.

helpful design and compact

Handy way to keep me better prepared to respond quickly.

Great portability in a well designed case. Wera is simply the epitome of quality. The rachet action is smooth and steady. Great look and feel of the matte finish.

top notch socket set

For the price, this set is hard to beat. It would cost much more to buy the pieces individually and you get the textile box to organize and protect it all. No more loose sockets getting lost!
