I really wanted to like this set from Wera considering the price of over $100. I purchased the set less than two months ago and the flat-head tip already snapped off. I am an electrician and was using it to tighten a terminal on a circuit breaker and it broke. I inquired from KC Tool about an exchange through Wera, but Wera considers it to be a "consumable" and will not replace it. I have had $3 dollar screw drivers that I have beat on with a hammer for years that have lasted way longer than this. I would understand if I was using the Wera as a "beater" screw driver or had bought it years ago, but that was not the case.

I have no idea why I've been wasting all this money - and time - over the years on inferior tools. I feel like a fool. - - I was a little hesitant to get the Kompakt because of prior experience with similar toolsets, but changing bits could not be any easier (or faster). These have worked out REALLY REALLY well for me on a new large hobby project.
