Beware of Case

I bought this case over a year ago and somewhere in that time I have lost 2 bits because they fall out of the holder, (most of the time they are loose but still nearby) since they face opposite directions and the sides of the pouch are open they can eventually work their way out after being jostled in your tool bag throughout the year. Once they fall out, you might not find them again.

I owned the dedicated Kraftform micro screwdriver set before, I will be returning.

The tool is of premium grade and it's hard to beat the compactness of this set.

Compact!

Great little kit, glad I picked this up on tool of the day. Looking to add more bits to expand set.

overall good quality

The only real complaint I have is with the case. I don't have confidence the bits will stay in their slots, so I can see losing a bit or two. If it was a zippered case or the slots were a different design (perhaps deeper) then I wouldn't have to worry about losing bits.

The Best

This is the best multi bit micro driver set I've ever had. I've had several of those cheap, bits-in-the-handle drivers. Those are more compact, but either wear out fast or loosen up and wont hold a bit. This set has it all, and I didn't have to buy a set of individual drivers either. Happy.

Great driver feel...lame case

The driver and bits are all top notch. When I opened the box though the bits were not secured in the case and went flying. I located all of them and replaced in the case; we'll see how they stay going forward. Since the case is open on the sides I'm leery that when the elastic starts to loosen that the bits will again escape.

Review update

Used this Wera set daily, the half moon bits are excellent quality. No wobble in the blade. Slight wear on the blade tips. Then I started using the HIOS blades. A lot of movement between the bits and lock. I have a lot of wear and some damage where the two wing of the HIOS blade lock in. I expected the steel Wera uses on the lock would be stronger. I think the Czech steel isn't that hard. I prefer Wiha now that I tested the T6 driver from Wiha and Wera.

The best precision interchangeable blade screwdriver!

I have used a lot of different precision interchangeable blade screwdrivers. I have tried PB, which is really nice but not easy to use. I also had a wiha 28-in-1 set. It is quite cheap and good, but all the others are not even comparable with this set. All the bits are machined well with good surface finishing. The socket and the sleeve on the handle is metal. The sleeve is quite smooth and you can change the bit easily. After the bit being locked, it is not wobbly at all. The pouch is with a pocket you can put extra bits inside, for example, you can bit a separate fivelobe bit for iphone repairing. The only screwdriver is better than this one is wera's fix-blade precision screwdrivers. This one is with a interchangeable mechanism thus the head is quite heavy and you might feel wired. But overall it is the best.
