Wera 345290 PH #000 x 40mm Kraftform Micro Phillips Precision Screwdriver

My pouch micro kit did not include the 000 phillips and playing around with doing hard drive mods on older Ipod minis made me realize the need for this size and quality of a tool.
You cant beat the feel in the hand of the Wera micro drivers. The spinning cap and shape of the handle are the best.

This is by far the best tool when doing a repair, all other brands strip or become dull right away.

This one is a part of the tandem of screwdrivers (along with the 1.5 x 60) that i used on my speedlite. Great lil' gem that is useful on smartphones too.

Just perfect... only problem after purchase... You want them all!!

You can tell that both the steel and the machining on this screwdriver is top quality. The shape of the handle is also good, feels very natural to use. The only thing holding me from giving it 5 starts is some burrs on the plastic handle of some of the units.. had to scrape them with a hobby knife.

This screwdriver won't let you down

I have a mixed set of Wiha, Felo, General (USA), and Wera precisions. They all beat the pants off of the China-made ones they replaced. While others take a preference for one brand over another, I'm incredibly pleased with each of them when picking them up,

I find the Wera Precision series with the highest quality a person can ask for.

It's done what a screwdriver should do: tighten and loosen screws and bolts. It does have more handle than others of similar size making it easier to use. I would prefer something with a handle similar to the most common sizes of screwdriver just so it's easier to keep the driver inside the screwhead.

Have used these Precision screwdrivers for years with no problems. Excellent quality.

The shafts and tips of these micro drivers are just as nice as their bigger brothers... but in this case, bigger is better. The handles have a comfortable shape to them, but the mold lines where the two halves are kind of rough and not what one would expect from Wera. The mold line on the edge of the upper handle is also pretty rough.
